Ryan & Jake were absolutely phenomenal! They hey installed our water softener. They provided Great customer service and stayed late to make sure they did the job correctly. I appreciate their hard work and diligence . The dispatcher Dalia was also so helpful and so kind. This company was so amazing to me and my family and they treat military families so well. We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple and had a very good experience with their call center and the tech Jacob who arrived on time and gave us the best possible price and replaced the water heater the same day. Shout out to Ryan at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He agreed to come out for a plumbing emergency at the last minute at 4pm on a Friday. He was at my door thirty minutes after I called! And he was efficient, cheerful, and fiscally reasonable. I am so grateful that Ryan fixed a situation that could easily turned into a disaster.
