I called to have my water heater inspected at noon and James was at my front door at 2pm. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed and multiple options to choose from to fit my budget. Lewis arrived early the next morning to remove my old water heater and install the new one. He also installed a Flow Tech in the laundry room and replaced a broken hose bib on the exterior of the house. All the work performed was done to code and very professional. I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing through Thumbtack. It was my first time using their service. I needed my shower cartridge replaced. Thumbtack found me a Plumbing company in about 15 minutes I recieved a call back and scheduled my next day appointment. The water wasn't just dripping. Lol at first it was a drip, then it turned into a more steady drip, then a trickle, and then water began streaming out. It was over time that this occurred. I couldn't afford a plumber. I own my home so no calling the landlord. Finally an angel gifted me the money to pay for my repair. I also had the option to call a handyman. He came the night before my appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He said a couple of times, "Now I'm not a plumber but I can fix it". I knew it was something else going on in what he was fixing. I'm sure it would of been a short term fix or if it even corrected my problem. I live off of very restricted budget. I thought do I want to save money or do I want a long term fix. Lol. I keep my appointment with Benjamin Franklin. The plumber Ray was very knowledgeable and super courteous. I've found my forever Plumbing family, lol. Thank you for your time and service.

I can’t recommend Jacob Burkett enough. He came out late last night to fix my backflow preventer, and even though the store was closed so he couldn’t get the parts he needed, he made sure to return first thing the next morning to finish the job. He was extremely professional, took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and dedicated to great service. Thank you again!

Jacob was very personable and knowledgeable about what we need to have done. Update: He was on time on the arranged date and did a great job installing our toilet and three new faucets. He was upfront and honest about everything and very knowledgeable. Very polite and understanding of the situation.
