He came out late last night to fix my backflow preventer, and even though the store was closed so he couldn’t get the parts he needed, he made sure to return first thing the next morning to finish the job. Working with Benjamin Franklin has been an excellent experience from start to finish. I reached out to them for a second opinion after having a bad experience with another company. I requested a quote online around 9pm on a Sunday and received a call within 15 minutes. James came out the next day to do an estimate, explained the situation clearly, provided multiple options, and the tunneling crew was at the house the following morning. In addition to the promptness, the customer service from everyone I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. I’m over 1,200 miles away and needed someone I could trust not to take advantage of the situation.
