I called to have my water heater inspected at noon and James was at my front door at 2pm. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed and multiple options to choose from to fit my budget. Lewis arrived early the next morning to remove my old water heater and install the new one. He also installed a Flow Tech in the laundry room and replaced a broken hose bib on the exterior of the house. All the work performed was done to code and very professional. I had james come and give me a quote to install a tankless water heater and he was a good amount cheaper then the rest of the quotes I got and was not sure i wanted the cheapest quote but I had a good feeling about James he was so respectful and cared about my home I just knew I needed to use him for this job.
