I am always surprised calling in to Ben Franklin Plumbing because the last couple time I had called I have been able to get same day if not very quick appointment turn around. I live in the country but have city utilities. I discovered a major water leak last evening. I purchased the HS Utilities promoted American Water Resources Insurance in July of 2024 for $41.88. Cost for second year coverage was $107.88. After several calls to the insurance company, was told no one available for 6 days. Two households on my meter with water shut off. I called Benjamin Franklin this AM , plumber was here before noon. He was very knowledgeable, fixed problem for a reasonable price! Very satisfied ! !! No need have the insurance!

Great company. Quick response to my house to check out the issue. After assessing the issue, Tristen gave me his honest opinion about different avenues to take and didn’t want to just jump in and start working and possibly leave me in a lurch over the weekend. On the second trip he came in with a plan and explained in great detail all of my options so that I could decide how to proceed. He had solutions and actual pricing for six different situations. We settled on one and he figured out exactly what to do, what it would take and how much it would cost. The work will be done two days later and it will be a much better setup than I have right now. Tristen was always respectful and professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
