I could not possibly be MORE pleased! I’m thrilled! When Ryan arrived, I expected his visit to be the first of several to complete the job. But he showed up with EVERYTHING he needed to finish the job- the faucets, the food disposal, and most importantly, the knowledge to fix the leaks in my kitchen on day-one. Daniel & Dave found a leak originating from my 25 year old water heater. Provided a bid at a fair price and installed it in about 2.5 hours. They did great job and I am very pleased with their workmanship. Thank you Daniel & David!

Ryan was very professional. He explained each step and checked in on progress. Bit of a tricky job but came out great. Projects were completed quickly and efficiently. Love the online scheduling feature.

Brian was excellent. He cane over on a Saturday and gave us a quote to replace an old water line for a new refrigerator. Although he was able to schedule to job Monday, we weren't available until Thursday. He came on time and worked very efficiently. He completed the job as promised, and it works great. Would use Brian again without hesitation.

Ryan was punctual and resolved my drain issue quickly. He also noticed that the pressure from my faucet wasn’t strong and fixed that at no charge. He was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
