Dustin was great! He was very personable. He did exactly what I asked for. I really thought that the company charges were high. Though the prices were high they were the only company in my area that came out quickly. The work was done very professionally and made suggestions on other minor things they could do if I chose. They also gave a senior discount. Overall I would use them again if I had to.

Micah Moore was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our toilet quickly! In my opinion he went above and beyond in touching base we the septic representative who was also at the house working on the septic system

I can’t say enough good things about our plumber, Micah! He went well above and beyond his job not just as a plumber, but as someone who truly cared. We had water damage in our home and were struggling to find the source of the leak. Micah was incredibly understanding, willing to help, and got everything fixed the right way. He found the leak, repaired the issue, provided a report for our insurance, and even comforted us during a very stressful time. It meant a lot. Since then, we’ve asked Jeff to send Micah back for additional work because we have full confidence in the quality of his work. I also want to give a big shout-out to the admin team Michelle and Jeff. They’ve been amazing! Flexible with scheduling, patient with all our questions, and just genuinely helpful.
