Cody and Bryan were there throughout the entire process to keep me informed and updated on the work. Both men were courteous, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the work. I received frequent texts and calls from Lauren that also kept me apprised of work times and schedules. Because it was such a large scale and costly repair, I sought out numerous bids. Benjamin Franklin’s pricing was reasonable and very competitive with other companies. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs whether large or small.

When we were told we had a gas leak somewhere in our house, I really didn't know where to turn. I'm so thankful google brought me to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, every person I interacted with was kind, informative, and knowledgeable. I did not get the name of the receptionist, but she was efficient in getting someone out to my house. Lance, who ended up doing the job, was phenomenal. Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a plumbing company or a plumber. He was kind and efficient. He walked me through every step of the process he was taking, showed me where the problem areas were and why they were a problem, and explained the process of fixing them and getting them up to code. When the city inspector identified some areas that needed additional work to be approved, he promptly came back and took care of them for us. I know this wasn't the easiest job, but he made my mom and I feel at ease with the process and repairs. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who needs plumbing work. And to Lance, thank you so much, you were stellar!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an emergency situation where our gas had to be cut off due to our water heater. After some research we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to see what they could offer and right away we were respectfully greeted and helped. Lance and Ben arrived SAME DAY; they were very respectful (even wore the boot covers on their shoes), they very clearly informed us on costs and potential costs of what needed to be done then they immediately got to work.
