The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing-South Bay has very experienced plumber, technician, and manager. Unlike another company, which would destroy my old bathtub, the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing-South Bay found a smart way to replace my old rusty sewage pipes of the year 1952.
Plumber Wayne showed up within my 4-hour window and was absolutely professional, start to finish. The leaky toilet called out on a pest inspection was found to be non-existent - and Wayne didn't charge me at all for the visit. And when I asked for a written receipt that detailed no issue was found, he gladly obliged me. Super nice guy and a real asset to this business! I deducted half a star for dispatch; I think they need a bit of help.
Edgar Cabrera performed excellent service. Very knowledgeable, proactive and addressed all of my issues. He took time to examine my pipes and equipment and understood the situation I am facing with the house.
