We had no water to the house and it turned out to be a crack in our water main. We called a couple of plumbing companies. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Redmond gave us a more reasonable quote compared to other quotes and the technician were professional and polite. We decided to go with them on the same day they visited. They sent two technicians out next day and finished job in a professional manner and efficient way. I was impressed and happy that I could use water in my house again. Will recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to my family and friends!

Luc is professional, experienced, and helpful person. Our toilet downstairs got clogged and the dirty water backed up, which is a nightmare for a first-time home owner. He saved our family within a few hours. It's a 50 years old house and we cannot find a cleanout in our yard and crawspace, so he pulled the toilet to access the sewer line, ran a cable to clear blockage to restore water flow, and camera the line to inspect for any damage. Toilet is reinstalled with a new wax ring and re-grouted toilet base for sure. We also got a chance to speak to Claire, the owner who is friendly and also from Taiwan. The root cause seems to be at the common line before the city main sewer so potentially more future work to be done. Claire is sweet and willing to help us so we opted in the monthly membership to get the 15% service discount and other perks. I recommend their services, but hope we won't need them in years. : ) Side note: call center lady was not that patient and friendly. Maybe it was because I called her at 8 in the morning. @@

Great responsive company. Our water heater started leaking one evening; discovered it at 10p on a Sunday nite. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 830a the following morning. They said they could have someone there between 11a-2p. Their tech Carlos was here by noon, and had brought a replacement water heater. Carlos came in, checked out the old WH (was a cheap one and was 15 yrs old). Carlos was professional and knowledgeable. And easy to talk to. He got to work, discovered an additional issue (our house has bad plastic piping that easy fails), so he fixed part of that which was also failing. By 330p we had hot water again. So grateful they were able to come and take care of it, all in the same day. Excellent customer service!

My experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was really great from finding them, booking the service, and the service itself. Luke was really helpful and answered all my questions. After looking at the toilet, he suggested that we not do anything as it's working as it should be—so no unnecessary repairs. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely hire them again.

Got my Brita Tankless RO filter installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing fellows today. It’s a great filter! It has dual outlets - one for RO and the other one for Brita Carbon. It’s not like a standard filter in the market, it requires more skills and patience to install. Huge thanks to Kyle and Carlos for handling every challenge that came up and getting it installed perfectly. Now I get to enjoy clean, delicious, and safe water right at home :)
