Logan from One Hour Heating & Air (Benjamin Franklin) was fantastic! He came out the same day we called, quickly diagnosed the clog in our sink, and had it fixed in no time. He was extremely professional, courteous, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I called mid-afternoon on a Sunday. I had no water in my house, not even a trickle. Aaron arrived quicker than I expected, which was great. He checked all possible causes for the lack of water in my house. He explained what he was doing, and made suggestions of other areas I should consider checking. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, there wasn't an additional charge for service on a Sunday, like many companies do. A pleasant experience.

We called many plumbers for an emergency pipe burst in our wall and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the only local place that was available and willing to assist. The customer service was very good and they sent Tom Louchren. Tom was here very quick. He located the copper leak and replaced the entire piece the correct way. I am very grateful for their response that day because we were in a panic mode. I will always go through this company from now on and I hope they send Tom. Highly recommended. Thanks
