Tom, the lead technician and Anthony, his apprentice were wonderful. I received a picture of what Tom looked like before he arrived, so I knew who to expect and then we were introduced to the two of them. Tom asked if I had any concerns, which there was only one small one and the looked into it immediately. They then proceeded to check all the sinks and toilets in the house, then went into the garage. They checked the water filters and then moved onto the hot water tank. All in all, both were very polite and very efficient! I would definitely recommend Tom and Anthony!!!
Aaron did an amazing job for us explaining the situation and all our options available to fix our toilets. He is very professional, efficient, personable and I could tell he enjoys doing the best job possible. He went above and beyond cleaning up the mess that had been created.
