I called mid-afternoon on a Sunday. I had no water in my house, not even a trickle. Aaron arrived quicker than I expected, which was great. He checked all possible causes for the lack of water in my house. He explained what he was doing, and made suggestions of other areas I should consider checking. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, there wasn't an additional charge for service on a Sunday, like many companies do. A pleasant experience.

I wouldn't hire anyone else as i know i can depend on this company and their highly skilled technicians and enjoy the personable consistency.

Tom, Taylor, and team were diligent in helping us try to find the source of our issues in our home. They were punctual, pleasant and listened patiently to our descriptions. We had a shower valve and PRV valve installed and they willingly returned as needed to address a couple minor issues. I would certainly use them again.

I was VERY pleasantly surprised when my call was answered by a person rather than an answering system on a Sunday! Our tech was Logan Gates. I received a text message from Ben Franklin Plumbing along with Logan's photo when he was on his way after completing another job. Logan found the leak in our lower level ceiling, repaired it and did some additional minor upgrades we requested. Logan was very courteous and cleaned up the work area prior to leaving our home.
