Today we had Benjamin Franklin come out to service our tankless water heater. While here our technician Chandler just happened to ask about our R/O and when was the last time we had the filter changed. Good thing he asked because it has been several years. Oh and the gross filters he took off our system was disgusting. I have been a home owner a very long time and this technician was not at all trying to sell me up and make my bill higher. If you get Chandler at your home you are very lucky. Thanks Benjamin Franklin again for the awesome service!
Cisco and his partner took amazing care of our job. They were nice, professional and communicated everything that was happening step by step. They cleaned up the area nicely and made sure we were up and running. Jack, the first representative we met to look at our situation and quote us, was also wonderful.
