He provided a comprehensive package that included a 15-year, 100% parts and labor guarantee, and a 10-year annual drain and flush service. Additionally, he ensured that the water heater was equipped with a pan underneath, an automatic water shut-off (Leak breaker), and hot and cold water shut-offs for added security and convenience. Rick went above and beyond by adding an electric disconnect to bring the water heater up to current code, including bonding and necessary water piping. We had Nick come out first and give us our estimate. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We were very happy with him. The next day Gary came back and did the work for us. He was very professional and did a beautiful job installing our faucet and new plumbing for sink. I would definitely recommend these technicians and the company to anyone!

I needed to have a toilet replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days. The technician, Rick, was friendly and courteous, and popped on shoe covers before going into the house. He explained the options clearly, including price and warranty and we scheduled the installation in two days. Rick completed the removal and installation within an hour. Everything went very well. He cleaned up the area thoroughly and was pleasant and cheerful through the entire operation, even while carrying a toilet up or down the stairs. I would definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for another job and would recommend their services to anyone.
