To be continued tomorrow.... Tech didn't have the tool he needed to work on our drain today, but he was very well versed in possible solutions and communicated well. Got us on the schedule for first thing tomorrow to come back NEXT DAY:. Nick returned promptly on schedule the next morning and jetted out the main line, replaced the ( incorrectly installed) plumbing with plumbing that would meet code . Plus installed a new bathroom sink. Highly recommend ! Next month: we decided to tackle the bigger plumbing issue we had and had Nick come back for an estimate. He was on time and was excellent at explaining our options and the cost. Would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing .

I was very pleased with the professionalism of my Technician Rick Walsh. He was friendly and very clean . He installed a toilet and snaked a drain for me. It was a very pleasant experience. And I would recommend this business!

This am I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin H. Who responded to my house to camera my sewer line. Very nice young man! Kevin was extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of plumbing and line maintenance and protection. During the process he was explaining what I was seeing on the screen and the different areas where there could be an issue in the future. Kevin was very friendly, polite and explained everything. Once completed, he explained all possible options available. There was no pressure at any time to commit to service. I had a very nice experience with Kevin. Everyone I’ve spoken to ( Paige, dispatch- very nice and helpful ) or met in person with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has been nothing short of excellent!

I have had a few plumbers over the time of owning my home. Recently needed a new plumber and called BFPlumbing Gary Waters came and did a very neat job of replacing valves piping, replaced faucet in kitchen, etc. He was very personable polite and professional. He gave me a time and he was done within that time frame. I would be very satisfied to deal with him and Ben Franklin Plumbing again they stand by their workmanship

I had the most excellent and very informative council from my plumber Jaime on the true conditions of my pipes and plumbing underneath the crawl space. As the new home owner, I was aware of problems with the plumbing from my home inspection but Jaime really put everything in perspective and shared the true conditions of my plumbing in a way that I could understand. I can now work towards a plan to repair and correct the problems. It was so beneficial and fortuitous to have hired Benjamin Franklin when I needed a plumber and Jaime was “Ace” at his craft! And a very friendly nice fellow to boot! I am a very satisfied customer with your terrific service!
