Jerry did an excellent job. I provided the new faucet. I have a membership. Jerry was on site less than an hour. The bill from Benjamin Franklin was over $600.00 for less than one hour of work. That is outrageous, especially for a member. It comes to over $16.25 per minute. Gouging the elderly/customer.

I needed a same day weekend appointment for a leaking water heater. My technician Shaun was on time, knowledgeable and very professional. He replaced my water heater in no time. They were upfront about estimates and explained everything. I am very happy I chose Benjamin Franklin plumbling!

Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. Called to talk through a service late on a Friday night and Jim didn't hesitate to walk me through potential sourcing of part solutions as well as offer his services to check their inventory on the weekend. The gentlemen (JT) did a great job on the 3 drains he cleaned, cleaned the mess and was very professional. I do have an issue with the invoice total. I paid $659,00, I think it should have been $560, if my addition/subtraction is correct. Pls review invoice and let me know. The whole team was great from the initial booking of the call, the initial visit through to the installation. Clean and polite workers.

Sean was awesome. He took apart the connections that were needed before they could put in my new countertops. Came back two days later and reattached everything. We will be replacing our bathroom countertops and will need Sean again. Thanks so much Sean, the faucet looks and runs great.
