Rick did a great job replacing all the old leaky pipes under my kitchen sink. He was very efficient and knowledgeable with a ton of background experience. He patiently explained the work to be done, and explained everything he did as he was working. So happy with the quality of the work and the level of customer service. I called the company last night due to a leak under my kitchen sink. Connor was here at 8:15 the next morning. He reached out when he was 15 minutes away. He explained the work to be done and gave me the cost to repair along with a senior discount. He also answered some additional questions I had not related to the leak he came out to fix. Greg came by to jet wash my sink piping. It turns out that a bend in the plumbing would not allow him to complete the job. After 2hrs trying work arounds, Greg and his manager were gracious enough to cut the price in half because they couldn’t get past the bend. Greg was professional and went the extra mile on a tough job. I also appreciated the commitment of the manager in prorating the price, just good business sense.
