Rick did a great job replacing all the old leaky pipes under my kitchen sink. He was very efficient and knowledgeable with a ton of background experience. He patiently explained the work to be done, and explained everything he did as he was working. So happy with the quality of the work and the level of customer service. I would absolutely recommend him to friends.

I had an excellent experience with Jake. He installed my new toilet quickly and professionally, and the quality of his work was outstanding. He arrived on time, was very polite, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I really appreciated how clean and neat he was throughout the process—no mess left behind at all. Gary and his helper were very neat and clean. Gary's work ethics were very professional and thorough. He is a True professional. I think though that the company he works for should rethink their price strategy, because some of their policies and charges are too high. Every situation is different and their pricing should reflect that instead of a pricing menu that is too general. Other than that I am giving 5 stars due to Gary nor the company.
