Johnny Mendoza is a very good plumber, hard worker, willing to please and a great working personality. A great guy who looks to make the job perfect and making the customer aware of all that was done and most of all happy! His assistant was also excellent. Going to use them again tomorrow:-) Update: the toilet and faucet were not finished correctly!! Good thing Jake took care of it……he must be the closer👍🏻 thanks Jake🇺🇸😎

Our tech was great! Very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with me. Nick was personable and friendly and even though the issue was not resolved on first attempt, he let us know what the next step or steps would be and did not pressure us into an immediate answer as what we plan to do next. Only problem was l thought the price for not resolving the issue was too high, although his superior was able to give us a bit of a break.

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing thanks to their technician, Nick. From the moment he arrived, Nick was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, outline my options, and answer all my questions without rushing. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and truly cares about providing top-quality service.

Our service man came a day ahead of schedule because it was an emergency. Although the original cost was more than expected, we did receive a discount. We had a very nice experience with Gary. He prepared the area to prevent any damage to carpeting and floors. He was respectful and pleasant. He explained every detail so we understood the final cost. He helped with the finance application and everything went smoothly.

Met with Gary for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions without being pushy. Awaiting my estimate with high hopes. a. Fantastic service from Gary and Jake. They had a long to do list and got it done in one day! b. Gary returned for one item that couldn't be completed on day one. Expressed sincere regrets and I appreciated the apology. c. Unexpectedly my water heater leaked and needed replacement. Jake replaced it in a couple hours, awesome job! Great finance options too!
