Tom was great and very friendly! we have had Tom come out to service our house before and was a pleasure to see him again. he fixed our leaky sink quick and also notified us of a more serious plumbing issue. Tom will be back out to repair that also. always great service and professional service. highly recommend!

Outstanding! We called for a furnace check up and to resolve an issue with a garage heater. Haze was very professional, friendly, and did a great job explaining what was wrong, how the systems work, and what the fix was. He kept things tidy and was very timely. Very satisfied with his service.

What I thought was going to be an easy drain clearing turned into a multi day project in my kitchen (right before Thanksgiving). It's never ideal to have to replace a bunch of old plumbing, but Matt made the process as easy and pain free as possible! He was kind, honest & thorough! I would absolutely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to anyone! I won't take a functional sink for granted ever again!

Tony was my technician. I had a leaking water softener. I just wanted to stop the leak.Tony provided a temporary bypass fix.Also provided an estimate for a new bypass valve. Also an estimate for a water softener in the future. No charge for the trip or the fix ! That's all I needed right now. I couldn't believe it ! Really appreciate Tony's knowledge and help.

Ben Franklin’s,Matt, did a terrific job making our old bathroom new. He could do the plumbing and tiling and solved all of our issues. I liked all the ideas he had. 5 star job.
