The free estimate by Nick was a great experience. He was friendly and respectful. He provided a range of options for repair/replacement of a water softener, correction of an improperly installed iron filter, installation of a new iron filter, and installation of a sedimentation filter. He seemed genuinely interested in providing his best professional opinion and not trying to sell us something. We are definitely going to choose one of his options and go with it.

Nick was diligent and efficient in installing a new toilet and hauling away the old one. He did a great job explaining my options and in guaranteeing the best price, including discounts. For something that should last decades (replacing one that did), the price was reasonable.
Tom Olsen was friendly, professional, and helpful. He had the job done quickly, and we can use our shower again. The price did seem hefty for a faucet replacement, but we’re happy with the new fixture and the service that was provided. Thanks also to Aaron who assisted with the installation.
