We are very happy with the purchase/installation of our water heater! Our technician, Oakley arrived on time, and went right to work on removing our old unit, and had out new one working in short order! Prompt, polite, and efficient,=excellent!

Chase was very friendly. He did a great job. I do wish he would have given us a heads up on the cost of the commode that was installed. I understand why he replaced our old commode; it was because of the inside of the tank had very old components. But I feel the cost was excessive. Overall, the work done was professional.
God has done it again!!! Oakly was heaven sent. Such a great listener and understanding. He educated me on the importance of how the system works and what to look out for. I needed a sediment filter installed and some updates to our iron filter. Tony Daas was the plumber who came out and assessed the issues, provided honest perspective, did not oversell anything, and returned two days later for the install. Tony was extremely polite, professional and took pride in his work. He worked late to finish the install and was happy to answer all questions, etc. I felt the price was fair - not super cheap and not expensive, but I know it was done right and the service was top-notch. As someone who has supervised hundreds of personnel, I recognize how lucky this company is to have Tony D. represent them.
