The free estimate by Nick was a great experience. He was friendly and respectful. He provided a range of options for repair/replacement of a water softener, correction of an improperly installed iron filter, installation of a new iron filter, and installation of a sedimentation filter. He seemed genuinely interested in providing his best professional opinion and not trying to sell us something. We are definitely going to choose one of his options and go with it.

Katie has been working for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Northfield since they became a franchise in 2005. And she has worked with previous owners since 1985
She went to Morningside College in Sioux City Iowa and graduated with a degree in both Photography & Graphic Design in 2008. That is where she met her husband Jesse (who also works at Ben Franklin)
When Katie is not working, she is volunteering as a Baseball coach, Cub Scout Leader, Scouting America Committee Chair, or Girl Scouts of America Troop Leader. When not volunteering you can find her sewing, camping, hiking, knitting, baking, gardening, dancing, or managing the schedules of her three kids!

Tom has been working for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for over 17 years and he has been in the trade for over 36 years. He has been a Master Plumber since 2001.
When Tom isn't at work he enjoys hunting and fishing. He has a son & a daughter, 5 grandkids, and 2 great-grandkids!

Jesse has been with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing since 2009.
When he isn't working, he enjoys going camping with his family. He is a parent coach in multiple sports, but his favorite is basketball.
He is a Cub Scout assistant Den Leader, and he loves doing activities with all of the scouts. Jesse and his wife Katie have three kids who are all in scouts. One is very close to earning her Eagle!
When Jesse has time, he loves to read.
