Oakly did a great job replacing our sink in the laundry room. He noticed a dent in the sink after we unboxed it and found a replacement for us at Home Depot. We were able to return the dented sink, get a new one and have it installed on the same day. Oakly was very thorough and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I would use Benjamin Franklin again for all my plumbing needs and I would ask for Oakly.
I needed a sediment filter installed and some updates to our iron filter. Tony Daas was the plumber who came out and assessed the issues, provided honest perspective, did not oversell anything, and returned two days later for the install. Tony was extremely polite, professional and took pride in his work. He worked late to finish the install and was happy to answer all questions, etc. I felt the price was fair - not super cheap and not expensive, but I know it was done right and the service was top-notch. As someone who has supervised hundreds of personnel, I recognize how lucky this company is to have Tony D. represent them.
We are very happy with the purchase/installation of our water heater! Our technician, Oakley arrived on time, and went right to work on removing our old unit, and had out new one working in short order! Prompt, polite, and efficient,=excellent!
Joe was terrific! Great guy, upfront with pricing, and, even though the project ended up being more complicated and time-consuming, he kept to the original price and kept his cool while experimenting with several ways to solve the drain problem. And it worked! He also took the time to explain the problem and gave me some good prevention tips for the future. Thanks, Joe! Now THERE'S a Professional!
Oakley removed the old systems and installed a new tankless water heater, water softener system and a laundry sink. It looks great. He was on time, friendly, gave good explanations, and answered all of my questions. His attention to detail is wonderful. Everyone that I worked with from start to finish was very customer service driven. Great company with great employees.
