Jeffery did a great job fixing our outside faucet. I thought for sure it was going to be a nightmare but we popped up a shade umbrella, took a look at it, put a plan together, and we said a nice little prayer to the Lord that all would go smoothly. Homeownership…eh?! Thought we just had a clog in our drain line because water was backing up through the washer drain line. Nope. That’d be too easy. Turns out the old cast iron pipes were corroded out on the bottom…for about 25’ worth. So what started as a two day project turned into a one week project. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very responsive through the whole process and keep communication high. They Jack hammered the floor and replaced the old pipe with new. They did their best to demolish as little as possible. Once they were done they covered everything back up and we were able to get back into our home. It was a nightmare, but BF Plumbing made it bearable and shortened the bad dream tremendously. Would obviously recommend to anyone having a plumbing issue.
Israel was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, polite, thorough & very informative & knowledgeable. I'm a new homeowner in a fixer upper and am on a fixed income. He repaired the immediate concern at a very reasonable price, and double checked his work upon completion and showed me exactly what he did. He also paid attention to detail and gave great advice on my project. He spent 3 hours inspecting a prior tradesmen erroneous work & showed me everything that wasn't up to code & required immediate attention due to multiple leaks from previous plumber I couldn't see. We called today. They were able to come out today. We just moved in and needed an RO installed, which included drilling through our granite countertop (something other companies refused to do) John responded. He was a joy to have in our home, lots of fun personable chit chat. He was clean and wore boot covers without us having to ask. He left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived, even took the boxes out from the RO system and organized the stuff under my sink (something I hadn’t gotten to yet since we just moved in LOL). He also fixed a few other minor issues as well, runny toilet etc. We are super impressed. Even signed up for their yearly preventative maintenance program. Thanks so much! It’s so refreshing to find a good company that strives to provide top notch services.
Daniel was great! There was a leak with my sink and he was able to fix it. He also took the time to show me the issues and explained the solutions that he was implementing to fix the problem.
