I was replacing a 19 year old water heater and made 4 calls to local plumbers for estimates. Two never returned calls with my 2 follow-up calls. One gave me an estimate over the phone and Benjamin Franklin comes to the house to give an estimate. David showed up (very personable and low pressure) gave me an estimate that was $450 less than his competition with a name brand heater. He had the heater and supplies on the truck so he was able to do the job right then. Nice neat and clean work done in about 1-1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.
Matt Stanley did an outstanding job at our home and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. He was punctual and came prepared to work, and I immediately noticed how respectful he was of our home—he laid mats down everywhere he walked to keep everything clean. Matt replaced our hot water heater and also repaired our hallway sink and faucet. Throughout the entire process, he took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and made sure we understood everything before moving forward. It was obvious that he is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. One thing we really appreciated was his honesty and integrity. He did not try to upsell us on anything or suggest repairs that weren’t actually needed. It was clear that he is trustworthy and focused on doing the job right rather than trying to add unnecessary work. He stayed to make sure our hot water was fully up and running before leaving the property. When he finished, he cleaned everything up and left the work area neat and tidy. Matt Stanley is exactly the kind of professional you hope to find—reliable, skilled, honest, friendly, and respectful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.
Bought a Dishwasher from Best Buy and their installers could not install due to the valves under our sink. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they came out and serviced our tankless hot water heater and did a great job. Joseph Lopez our technician was fantastic. Came in looked at everything we needed done and worked up a price. The price was great; we also asked cost to install dishwasher. We had Josph do the sink work and install dishwasher. Everything went great. From start to finish he was very professional right down to cleaning the workspace when done. Our community has a FB page and a neighbor was looking for a plumber we didn't hesitate to recommend Joseph and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
These guys are the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. Their work is top notch. Would recommend them any day!
Totally enjoyed the visit from Benjamin plumbing!! We laughed at the ancient water heaters in my basement and discussed how to go forward and update my home! My service tech was fantastic and explained everything perfectly
