Sawyer and Aiden did an outstanding job installing a whole house water filtration system. Very professional and attention to detail was much appreciated! We will definitely be doing using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all our future needs, highly recommended.

Technical was Gary, no picture in list. Gary showed up, assess the issue and proceeded to remove and replace the broken valve assembly. For whatever reason the valve was very deep in the ground and not very accessible. As part of the replacement, he configured the new valve making it more accessible. He took the initiative to make it better instead of just replacing the the valve.

We were having a walk-in shower installed in place of an old tub/shower and the main water valve to our condominium broke attempting to shut the water off. That's bad. ☹️ However, Ben Franklin and Austin Miller showed up quickly, and resolved our problem.🙂 Not only was Austin technically competent of, but he was friendly, offered suggestions and did the work right away. Unfortunately we had to wait for Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority to come to shut the water off at the street so Austin could make repairs. (They were slow. Disappointing.) However, despite GSWSA being slow, Austin got the repairs done quickly, efficiently and correctly. He was also here to install the new plumbing for the walk-in shower. It was a two for one special! Despite starting off the day with a significant water leak, Austin and Ben Franklin were able to make the day great at the end. Lastly, it was great to learn that despite his age Ben Franklin is still working and doing a good job. We didn't know plumbing was among his many skills and talents. We most heartily recommend Benjamin Franklin, and Austin for plumbing work.

I was incredibly impressed with Matt Stanley at Benjamin Plumbing! From the moment he reached out to see if we could meet earlier than scheduled, I knew I was in good hands. His proactive communication was a pleasant surprise, and I really appreciated the effort. When he arrived, his expertise was immediately evident. I had been struggling with a stubborn water spigot on the outside of my house, and Matt tackled the problem effortlessly. Within minutes, the issue was resolved! Austin Miller replaced my washer valves. He was early to the job, professional, and did a nice job installing some newer style quarter turn valves with an access box. The price was $380 which I thought was not cheap, but it was about what I expected for the job. Nice job Austin!
