We had Benjamin Franklin out to repair our toilets. We bought a water filter system and they put it in within a couple hours. The technicians Sawyer and Aidan was very professional and polite. They also had a fast response time. We was turning in a claim to the water company because of the toilets and they helped us out so much on the computer to fill out the forms. we recommend them very highly!!

UPDATE: I received a phone call today from Benjamin Franklin regarding the issue below. He said that I did not get charged the $100 fee because I also had shower work done the same day at a charge of $400+. It was wonderful that I received the call because it shows me that they are concerned about their customers. Both Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mr. Sparky are pricey but they do exceptional work. I haven't had any problems with the other projects they have done for me. I will definitely use them again. I struggled with writing this review as I have always been satisfied with the work from Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Recently, I have spent over $5000 within a month between Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Mr. Sparky doing different projects around my home. They do incredible work and are very professional. One of my recent purchases was for a new water heater. I had purchased it and had it installed by Benjamin Franklin plumbing. After several days of owning the new water heater, I knew that it needed to be adjusted as I needed the water to be a bit warmer. I was told by the tech when it was installed that if it needed to be turned up a bit just to give him a call. I did just that. He returned my call and scheduled it for the next week. Upon his arrival to my home to adjust the water heater I was told that there was a $100 charge for something that only took a few minutes. My husband has recently passed away or else he would have done such a small job. I do have a 6 year warranty with the water heater but needing the adjustment didn't fall under "repair" as I was told by the tech. This is not the fault of the tech as he was only doing his job. I think this is a policy that Benjamin Franklin plumbing needs to adjust. Thank you for hearing me out.

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber . They have a great customer service program. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The technicians came out the same day. Mr. Cornelius and Donavan repaired the gas line for my fireplace. They were polite, extremely responsive and very professional. They are knowledgeable and explained other services that they provide for future reference. I recommend them very strongly.

Sawyer and Aiden did an outstanding job installing a whole house water filtration system. Very professional and attention to detail was much appreciated! We will definitely be doing using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for all our future needs, highly recommended.
