Garbage disposal under kitchen sink started leaking. Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as I am a member of their Hero Club. They sent a service tech out (John Andrews), John arrived earlier than expected and after looking at the problem advised us we needed to replace the disposal. John selected a replacement disposal that would fit our needs and began replacing it. John was very professional and didn’t take long to remove the old disposal and hook up the new one. He even spent extra time to make sure nothing was leaking. As far as the price, I felt it was a little high for being a club member but John did such an excellent job I felt it was worth it.

First time calling Benjamin Franklin. The ladies answering the phone were informative & very nice. John Andrews was our technician. He arrived same day, showed us what we needed & went over pricing. He was thorough & extremely neat in his work. We are very satisfied with the services provided & will use Benjamin Franklin again

I was pleasantly surprised with the service today. Cody and his team wore protective footwear, evaluated the toilet leak, explained it to me clearly, put down a tarp to protect the floor, removed and replaced the worn wax seal, reinstalled and clean up like new. Very professional, fast and efficient. Well done!
