Ethan and Joseph did a great job clearing my tub drain. We discussed faucets in both the bathroom and kitchen. They ended up replacing the kitchen faucet and it looks and works beautifully. Cody was at our residence in Myrtle Beach assisting with a new shower. Whie he was here I had him check out a few other issues and our existing water heater. He was able to move his schedule around in order to accommodate us the same day. He was professional, shared up front pricing and offered me a first responder discount. He was very neat, covered up our new flooring and was very professional completing all requests and our new water heater within several hours. He cleaned up after finishing the job. Had a plumbing emergency under my kitchen sink involving an under sink water heater. I’d used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past and called same. I specifically asked for their tech Leroy Staggers as he’d been to my home years ago. He responded and went over my issue, quoted me a price and replaced same with a new heater he had on his truck.
