We were very happy with BFP or as I call them wepow! Our water heater needed replacement and we were looking to upgrade, they offered a couple of options including just replacing with the same. We already were looking into on demand hot water heaters so we went that route. We also had a filter system installed which we've wanted, it doubled the heater warranty too 20 years and can we drink from the faucet now, seriously I drink from the faucet now never thought. Elijah and Dean were awesome they explained the different options and the pros and cons of each. They were very respectful of us and our house and had good communication on what they were doing and why. We recommend them.
Big thanks to Daniel P. and his sidekick Sean for being totally awesome, thoroughly professional, and doing a great job under my kitchen sink. They also helped me acquaint myself with the plumbing overall in this house I just bought. Can't say enough how helpful and and friendly these guys were. Also, Heather...again, totally awesome. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to the rescue once again! Needed my water heater replaced, got an appointment, all from start to finishing the job within three days. Evan and Carl were the technicians that completed the job in a timely manner. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, reliable professionals who did an amazing job for me. Anthony Adams showed up with a very professional attitude. He was knowledgeable and able to inform of options with zero pressure. His professionalism continued throughout the project with work ethic, timeliness, tidiness, and communication. An added bonus is he was very relatable on a personal level and we absolutely would recommend him!!!
