Josh, Anthony and Sean are all hardworking and knowledgeable. They kept me well informed about the job as they progressed and in general I absolutely enjoyed meeting them! Had a leaking hot water tank. Called on Saturday and a charming young woman scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I was pleasantly surprised! Evan arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was friendly, forthcoming and professional. He replaced the air eliminator valve for a reasonable price. The next time that I need plumbing help, I will be calling Ben Franklin and requesting Evan's services.
