I received a call asking if the company charged me extra for financing — which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. It raised unnecessary doubt and made me question their intentions. I really hope the owners see this and consider that kind of behavior from their financing partner can hurt customer trust. Still, the service from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was truly exceptional. I’m a very happy customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
