I had a great experience with Frank from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were able to schedule us within a very reasonable timeframe and communicated clearly and consistently throughout the entire process. Frank arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything step by step. He made sure we understood the process, his assessment, and the diagnosis, which gave us a lot of confidence moving forward. Excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend Frank and the team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Kevin was great. He is an experienced professional. Another company quoted 2900 for the job I needed done and he did the same job for 1700. I will definitely be asking for Kevin by name for my future plumbing needs.

I want to thank Ben Franklin in Mansfield Texas for hiring Hunter, an honest and the best plumber I haven’t seen in some time. Thank you Hunter for the fantastic job on my toilet. You are definitely my “go-to” person!

Chris was very professional and very polite. After his inspection of our problem, he presented us with multiple options for repair. Once we decided on the repair option we wanted, Chris completed the task very quickly. Hopefully I won't need any repairs in the near future but if I do I will can Ben Franklin Plumbing, and hopefully they will send Chris. My only issue with the company is that several years ago my daughter called them for repair service and now all correspondence is directed to her and not me the house owner. This happens even though I inputted my information when booking the service call. They use my email with her name. However, this doesn't effect their ability to show up quickly and complete the work professionally. Thank you for a job well done!

Wonderful company to work with. The service person Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. He competed my water heater replace in a few hours. Thank goodness for that cause not having hot water in winter is horrible. Would recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 10 out of 10 time

Had to reschedule service due to a scheduling conflict and I’m glad we did! Ryan is a true professional. He gave us some pointers on upkeep in between service and he’s very good with kids. My son was super interested and he took the time to show him the ropes haha. Here’s to hoping we don’t need to see him anytime soon, but if we do need plumbing services, he’s no doubt the one we’ll ask for!
To keep your water heater running smoothly in Seabrook, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Seabrook home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Seabrook to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.

Yes! Upgrading to low-flow toilets, water-saving showerheads, and high-efficiency faucets can significantly reduce water use in your Seabrook home. You can also install smart leak detectors and tankless water heaters for added efficiency. A local plumber can recommend the best options based on your home’s setup and water usage habits.
Older homes in Seabrook often face plumbing issues like corroded or outdated pipes, low water pressure, and frequent leaks. You might also encounter problems with old fixtures, sewer line deterioration, or poor drainage. A professional inspection can help identify hidden issues and recommend upgrades to keep your plumbing system safe and efficient.
To get your plumbing ready for winter in Seabrook, start by insulating exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements and garages. Disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines, and check your water heater for optimal performance. It’s also smart to know where your main shut-off valve is in case of a frozen pipe emergency.
Signs of a damaged sewer line in your home include frequent drain clogs, foul odors, soggy spots in your yard, and gurgling sounds from your toilets or drains.
