Mike is an excellent technician. Over the past two days he has helped me understand a few things with my current water heater (bought from another company) to make sure that hopefully they honor my current warranty. He also figured out why my kitchen faucet did not have a lot of pressure, it needed to be replaced which he did today. Depending on what happens tomorrow with this other company, I may get a replacement or I will sign up with Benjamin Franklin since they are the sister company to my One Hour air conditioning company that I have been using since 2000. Thanks Mike for all of your help.

The two technicians were very pleasant and easy to talk with. Appreciated their understanding of not being able to do in-house inspection as part of the maintenance program i purchased today due to family member illness.
