Sam was very professional and friendly at the same time. We walked through the job and discussed all the possibilities. He worked with me to come to a decision what was the best option to complete the job. This ended up being a two visit job. Sam is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure the toilet was level and flush to the floor. Job well done!

Josh is a perfect representative for your company. He is intelligent, Personable, and very competent! His explanation of the cost was clear and upfront. Not only did he drive 20 minutes to get to us on a Saturday evening and quickly cleared our blocked toilet, he explained how to use the auger and suggested that I buy one.

Samuel completed a VERY thorough inspection. Explained very clearly what he found and what he recommended to renovate any issues. He’s professional, knowledgeable, very personable. Steve came today and is top-notch. When he arrived he ensured that we knew what he was going to do, thoroughly inspected areas where work was to be done and assured that we had no questions. He assured quality work by repeatedly checking his work, he kept us informed of each task and he went to great lengths to insure that we thoroughly understood what he was telling us. Work was done in a timely fashion and he reviewed everything with us. True professional with a personable approach and conscientious worker.

Paul was fantastic! Highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Took the time to explain everything, offer advice, and give options. He even played rope with my dog while we chatted. Truly, top notch. Above and beyond. Would give ten stars if Google allowed me to. Addendum #1: Samuel came out re: a different issue in my plumbing adventures. Paul assisted with scheduling Samuel to come out and do a general inspection. Once again, I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Samuel was incredible. I must have taken up so much of his time asking questions and he answered every single one with patience, insight, and excellent recommendations. Service was top-notch and I was completely comfortable putting my plumbing projects in his hands. Again, I'd give ten stars if I could. Addendum #2: Dan came out to install the systems that Samuel and I talked about (i.e. acid mitigation, water softener) and to make other repairs (UV filtering, sediment filter, and pump switch repair). These things were either in terrible disrepair from the prior owner or completely missing. Dan did excellent work, was friendly, and also answered my questions with patience and professionalism. I'd also give Dan ten stars if I could. I cannot say it enough: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is an excellent outfit. I am highly satisfied with the services, pricing, and quality of interaction.

We had a water line break on a Sunday evening. We were told they could have someone come out on Monday as early as possible. What else could we say but, okay? BUT, Nick kept trying to get us help. He stayed in contact with us until his shift ended. He was able to find an awesome plumber to help out. Josh answered the call and said that he was not able to go home knowing that there was someone who didn’t have water that night. God bless his soul! He drove an hour to get to us(away from his home) fixed the problem and was so very pleasant the whole time!!! Thank you Benjamin Franklin and the One Hour group. You all are top notch in my book. I have referred neighbors to you and I have only great things to say. Every phone call is answered with such pleasant and helpful people! Thank you again!!!
