Joe was great and answered all my extensive questions and did not rush me to make a choice. He was very personable and shared professional insight and personal preferences when asked. He demonstrated his career knowledge in a clear understandable manner which was greatly appreciated. This was my first experience with Ben Franklin plumbing and was very pleased with their customer service. Even my pets were happy with their visit and friendliness.

We're getting several estimates before making a decision and he did not apply any pressure for a decision.

Matt F was the technician that came to evaluate our outdoor spigot leak. Very nice and informative. Answered all questions for me. The quote was high but standard for their company so I’m told. I have lower quotes ($200 cheaper) from other reputable companies so probably not going to go with Ben Franklin. Lost a star due to high quote.
