Joe was the best! He took time during the inspection to show and explain the plumbing systems in my home, interior, exterior, all levels. Answered all my questions and actually showed me what he was talking about. Then he gave a very detailed written recommendations with photos he took, and itemized price estimates for each recommendation. Top notch customer service!

Joe was awesome!!! Our well pump was very old and starting to fail. Joe went over his recommendations and what he felt would be the best course of action. Joe and Devlyn came to do the install of the new pump. They were quick and efficient. Would highly recommend Ben Franklin! We will be using them in the future for our plumbing needs.

Kyle was absolutely amazing he took pictures of everything that needed to be fixed also had all the materials needed with him to get the job done. He also had all great sense of humor. It is actually not allowing me to do another review, but the plumber Joe Slavin is also absolutely amazing. He went underneath the house and fixed the problem that I had originally called about and ended up finding another leak and fix that for me as well. He is the sweetest person you could ever talk to And funny I would totally request to have Joe and Kyle again if I ever need to have anybody help with my plumbing issues. Dan was great he found the issue right away! Made great conversation as we waited to make sure everything was good to go. Def glad they were able to squeeze us in for the day. Having no water with two kids not fun! But thank god they got us in. Poor guy even worked in the dark! Chris is great! Poor guy ended up getting soaked and it’s freezing out offered him different clothes to warm up! He’s funny makes light out of a bad situation helped calm me during this difficult time. He also called Josh out who also was absolutely amazing helping my family out. They are complete life savers! Honestly if I could give more stars I totally would all the employees that I have met so far have been absolutely amazing! Cody was sweet and caring. He really helped my family also gave me some good pointers on something we can do under the house as well.

Kyle B was incredibly helpful and informative. Got everything done quickly, cleanly, and everything works perfectly. Will definitely be calling again if I have any problems! UPDATE: Steven M came and installed a new toilet that I purchased. Done in less than an hour, everything cleaned up, and working perfect. Excellent work! UPDATE 2: Just had a shower arm and two faucets replaced. Cody M. Was Quick and very helpful.
