They had no problem going into my creepy crawl space and didn’t give up until they figured the problem out. They were very kind, professional, knowledgable and explained things very well. Tristin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the issues I had with my garbage disposal and my water heater. He knew right away what was wrong with the disposal. He looked at the hot water heater and identified the problem. We discussed options and due to its age and other issues. I decided to replace it. He answered all my questions and I chose the one that was best for me. He removed the old one and now I have a nice shiny new one. He had to make all the adjustments for the new one and it looks great. His work ethic is impeccable but more than that he was very kind. Thank you Tristan. Great job. Both sides of my kitchen sink was clogged. After trying plunging, baking soda & vinegar, and cleaning out the pipes under the sink with no success, a friend recommended Benjamin Franklin. I called & gave some information over the phone and Josh arrived within 2 hours. He was great.
