On 12/22/25, after a week of unsolvable main drain pipe problems, we enlisted the services of Benjamin Franklin. When Jesse Wimsett arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem areas in the main. Knowing that Christmas was imminent, he worked aggressively to coordinate the tasks and workers, so that repairs could be completed by the holiday. Randall and Brandon came out the very next afternoon! They expertly explained what they would do, and proceeded to go to work in our yard and in our basement, completing most of the work that afternoon and evening, and finishing it up in good time the day before Christmas. We never expected such extensive work could be done so fast and with such short notice. Through it all, these three—Jesse, Randall, and Brandon, were very courteous, professional, and efficient. True to their tagline, they were “punctual” indeed! It was an expensive repair, but we remain so grateful and blessed for the fantastic service Benjamin Franklin provided.
Wonderful, experienced pros work here. Tyler is amazing he even tried to help my mom figure out the me remote. Oh.. sink plumbing repair to my old home that has very old plumbing. Gave me my options, his recommendation, issue fixed, affordable price. Would definitely recommend. Tucker has come out prior and he is also great. Well really anyone that has come out from Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been top notch.
Best ever for clogged drains. We’ve used them a couple times now and they have always been prompt and courteous. Cole was a trooper unclogging our drain due to tree roots. We would most definitely recommend them every time!
First of all, I want to say that I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I was in contact with 2 of their employees. Heather and Cole. They both went above and beyond any expectations that I had! It started with Heather. She is such a breath of fresh air! Very friendly and outgoing. I had to reschedule once, and she was totally understanding. And then Cole came to do the work. He has a great personality and took time to listen to our issue, and fixed it in world record time! Unfortunately, we live in a time when expectations are low. So many times we are disappointed by people that aren't good at their jobs and are clearly just going through the motions. I will assure you that these two people are not like that at all! Both of them were amazing, and I will not hesitate to call them or recommend them any time plumbing service is needed. I hope their bosses realize the value that they add to their company. Good employees are hard to find, and I expect that my experience is not too different than what others receive. Give Benjamin Franklin plumbing a try. You won't regret it!
Unbelievably pleasant! A real person answered the phone, a plumber came out the same day and earlier than promised. The price was reasonable and he didn't manufacture any additional problems. Plus he was nice and tidy. Highly HIGHLY recommend Ben Franklin
