My main line had a break in the pipe that comes down from the upstairs toilet. The Benjamin Franklin's plumber came, he was a very nice and polite man. He check the whole system and showed me what needed to be done. He went out of his way to work with me, and I was able to get repairs done right away. They were reasonably priced, and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make my repair's. The replacement pipes looked wonderful, nice and clean once they were done. Benjamin Franklin plumbing is the only company I will use from now on, no messing around with any other company! I will recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to all my friends and relatives. The disposal in our kitchen.stopped working. I bought a new one yet did not feel up to installing it. I trust Benjamin Franklin Plumping, so scheduled an appointment. They sent Tyler Bejmovicz. He arrived, accessed the job and got right to work. In less than forty minutes, this pleasant person had the old unit out, the new unit in, fully tested and the work area cleaner than when the job started. He is an excellent representative for a company we have come to trust for competence, quality and price!
We appreciate the transparency, customer service, and the quality of work done by Ben Franklin Plumbing in Overland Park, KS. I never feel pressured that they are tasked with upselling me on something imposed on them by their management. And our Plumber yesterday (Jewell) was super helpful. He found some hard to find parts for our 60 year old bathroom, and installed them within the morning after hunting them down. Dominic with Benjamin Franklin was on time, very personable and knowledgeable about the work needing to be done. He communicated on steps being taken and what should be expected. He cleaned up after himself and left the work areas in clean order. I would have him out again if further work needed to be done.
Great start on a three day job, I can use my kitchen sink again. Dominic explained everything and that there was a slight change to the plan, but everything looks good so far. Follow up, I am very happy with the job that Dominic and Wyatt did on my plumbing, changing all the plumbing from cast iron to PVC has been needed for a long time. Thanks again for all the wonderful work and now I can relax about back ups. Dec. 3, 2024 I had a leak in one of the toilet Dominic put in. Once I let them know about it they were very prompt about getting me scheduled and repairing the toilet. I will be using Benjamin Franklin for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Dominic!!
