Great experience again with Ben Franklin Plumbing—this time for a one year check on new water heater then whole house inspection. I was going to contact them to set this up, but they wonderfully contacted me first! This was included as part of their annual service plan, which we are continuing. Tyler was exceptional, texting in advance and super friendly and comprehensive on site, I had two additional questions on unrelated minor problems and with his expertise, was great at helping us figure out what we needed. We wouldn’t call anyone other than Ben Franklin for plumbing needs in our 20 year old house.

It was great working with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The main water shut off to our house (Holly Springs) started leaking in the middle of the night, I called around midnight, they provided guidance and scheduled Gerardo to come over the next morning. He was very helpful and replaced the issue quickly. Highly recommend, would work with him again!

Zion was great. He was professional, relatable and knowledgeable. It turned out that my equipment was too old and he had to go get a couple pieces to fix it. The price I paid was reasonable because I only made the appointment 2 days prior, he had to get some equipment and frankly I lack the skills to do it myself. Thanks so much for fixing my leak, I'll be calling again if/ when needed!

Gerardo and his assistant, Zion, did a great job. Quickly, professionally, courteously, and communications were clear and timely. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and in particular Gerardo, for your plumbing needs. Just had Gerardo from BFP back to replace the PRV on my main. He was courteous, prompt, and professional. And, I like the fact that he replaced the gate valves (knob type and cheap builder solution) with proper shut-off valves (lever type). Gate valves wear out, leak, do not completely shut-off, among other issues. Thankful for Gerardo's wisdom and experience to fix the issues.

Tyler Wilson serviced my water heater today and did a great job. He was friendly, professional and neat. I will ask for Tyler next year for service or whenever I need a repair.
