Initially called for a sewage smell in my house that’s been going on for a long time and getting worse. During technician’s assessment he determined that our pipes were not in code and needed to be replaced. He was a hard worker and stayed on task. He did find the source of the smell and fixed it.The job took 2 days plus a 3rd day to come back to fix some of his work after inspected by his supervisor. During that visit one of the fixes unfortunately caused a gap in the tub as seen in attached picture. I’m giving a 4 star because he usually came 1.5 hours or more after the time he told us he would come. One day he didn’t come at all or call. Again, our problem was fixed and he took care of an extra request, but dependability was lacking.

Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

Had a leak from my hot water heater line located in the attic that caused significant damage on the second level and main level. Benjamin Franklin sent out Mike England to repair my plumbing. He is very knowledgable, friendly, and can answer any questions you have. Hes quick and efficient. Gets the job done and explains step by step what he did before leaving. I've used this company 3 times now and each time, Mike England has came out to service my property. I highly reccomend Benjamin Franklin. Pricing is reasonable compared to other surrounding competitors. They call 30 minutes prior to visit and they're always on time as scheduled.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Travis, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and walked me through the repair process step by step. What really stood out was how friendly and respectful he was throughout the visit.
