Initially called for a sewage smell in my house that’s been going on for a long time and getting worse. During technician’s assessment he determined that our pipes were not in code and needed to be replaced. He was a hard worker and stayed on task. He did find the source of the smell and fixed it.The job took 2 days plus a 3rd day to come back to fix some of his work after inspected by his supervisor. During that visit one of the fixes unfortunately caused a gap in the tub as seen in attached picture. I’m giving a 4 star because he usually came 1.5 hours or more after the time he told us he would come. One day he didn’t come at all or call. Again, our problem was fixed and he took care of an extra request, but dependability was lacking.

Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

My very old house needed a new Re-pipe in my crawl space, I had old pipes that kept bursting leaks. Russ with Ben Franklin Plumbing came out and did a fantastic job ! He went above and beyond and I am very happy using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will recommend to all my friends.

Even though I was not present long enough to witness their work, they called ahead of time of their arrival. When I arrived the water hear was installed and all I had to do was to let the air pockets out. They were very professional. Highly recommend.
