So we had another unexpected need for plumbing services on 8/8/25. Based on the outstanding service received on a plumbing issue at our house a week earlier, we turned to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery Heath. Avery is one-of-a- kind! He arrived on time, listened to our plumbing issue and set about researching and working to resolve our issue. Tirelessly for multiple hours he stayed focused and resolute to resolve our issue. We're pleased to report that Avery was successful in resolving the issue. His professional demeanor and "can do" commitment to excellence is a wonderful trait! We'll look to him and Ben Franklin plumbing for our next plumbing project. We would like to recognize two employees that are shining examples of this company! When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
This company was so easy to deal with. The lady who took my call and booked the appointment to our service tech they were professional and so easy to deal with. Great customer service all the way around and to have a fair price with that service is awesome as well. I highly recommend them.

Today he came to my office to evaluate my water heater that wasn’t heating the water. Another company told me I needed new heating elements at the cost of $1282.89. Kevvon, being thorough, discovered the circuit breaker to the water heater was off. He reset it, the water got hot and he saved me $1282.89!
A shout out for John and Zack of Ben Franklin Plumbing. So great to work with them at a very trying time of a water line break to my house. They came quickly for the estimate and quickly for the repair. They were competent and explained all that they were doing and patiently answered all my questions and concerns It was plain to see they very much cared about the problem I was having. When my 45 plus year old house presented them with unique challenges, they were able to figure out the mysterious problem and remedy it. Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I called in around 9:00 AM for an emergency drain blockage in my kitchen sink. An hour later, someone was on site and eager to remedy my issue. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and will absolutely contract again for any/all plumbing needs.
