We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We had a leak and had to shut off our water to the house. Marvin came and assessed the problem. Very friendly and polite. Took care of us right away. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is very impressive. The technician, Dakota, was very knowledgeable and straightforward. They were punctual and communicative. I have interacted with several other companies in scoping out a major plumbing project and they are by far the best (especially Dakotah). I highly recommend them and plan to do business with them in the future.

Marvin is an excellent employee. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and conscientious. He is an asset to the company. Very pleased with his work. We have used them to replace 2 toilets and 2 vanities and we were very pleased. Rod, Thomas and Marvin did a great job in a timely manner. We have used them for outdoor clogged underground issues and Thomas did a fantastic job. He is an excellent employee and represents his company well. He is knowledgeable and thorough and communicated with us throughout the job. Highly recommend these employees. You will be blessed by them.

We had a leaking hot water heater. BF Pluming was able to send a Plummer the next day to replace it. Marvin did a great job and found efficient ways to save time and money. Even the dog liked him.
