Despite the repair and cost being more than I enticipated, Jesse helped make the decision easier, explained all the benefits, and what was priority. He takes great pride in his work at it shows! While I spent more than I expected to, it was all worth it with the knowledge I received! The new toilet looks great!

Steve arrived early and replaced 2 outside faucets. He also replaced the plastic shut off valves and pipe with PEX and brass valves. The work was clean and an improvement over the existing system. I have used Ben Franklin several times in the past and never been disappointed with the work or technicians.

I had a clogged bathroom sink. That had to snake it pretty far down. There was a leak In a back pipe which was replaced. All told not knowing plumbing prices seemed high until I called around. The servicemen were respectful and cleaned up. I would recommend this company.
