Estimate went well tech was very polite and knew what he was talking about especially the pipeline size and how to run line he explained it very well. We have five units running off single line he said that we needed a tee off gas meter and bigger pipe to handle 34,000 but we need a separate line.

Christina Antonucci - Eye On Destiny

Chris and JG did a great job installing my new water heater! They were quick, very efficient, and did quality work. They came out the same day I called for service! (Even though the national service center said they didn't service my area!?) Very pleased I can take hot showers again!

Linda F

Job well done! Jerod was our plumber for this job. He called before coming and was well within the time frame we were provided the day before. He treated our home with respect and allowed me to stand over him to watch how he was fixing our new tub spout that was not working due to age. Jerod was very efficient and pleasant and did not mind explaining to me the “why” and “how” during his visit. I will continue to use Ben Franklin when in need and hope we are able to request Jerod when the time comes! Awesome experience!! Thank you 😊

Plumbing FAQs

What routine maintenance should I be doing for my Billings water heater?

To keep your water heater running smoothly in Billings, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.

How do I know if I need a Billings plumber for my home's low water pressure?

If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Billings home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Billings to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.

Do you offer emergency plumbing service in Billings?

We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.

How often should I schedule drain cleaning for my Billings property?

If your property has older pipes, large trees nearby, or frequent slow drains, you may need service more often. Do you offer plumbing financing in Billings?

We work built relationships with several lenders to ensure our customers are able to restore functionality in their homes. Ask your technician about your financing options.

Are there plumbing upgrades that can help conserve water in my Billings home?

Yes! Upgrading to low-flow toilets, water-saving showerheads, and high-efficiency faucets can significantly reduce water use in your Billings home. You can also install smart leak detectors and tankless water heaters for added efficiency. A local plumber can recommend the best options based on your home’s setup and water usage habits.

What are common plumbing issues in older Billings homes?

Older homes in Billings often face plumbing issues like corroded or outdated pipes, low water pressure, and frequent leaks. You might also encounter problems with old fixtures, sewer line deterioration, or poor drainage. A professional inspection can help identify hidden issues and recommend upgrades to keep your plumbing system safe and efficient.

What should I do to prepare my plumbing for winter in Billings?

To get your plumbing ready for winter in Billings, start by insulating exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements and garages. Disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines, and check your water heater for optimal performance. It’s also smart to know where your main shut-off valve is in case of a frozen pipe emergency.

How can I tell if my sewer line is damaged in Billings?

Signs of a damaged sewer line in your MT home include frequent drain clogs, foul odors, soggy spots in your yard, and gurgling sounds from your toilets or drains.
