Chris was the MAN! He quickly diagnosed the issue, involved me in the repair process (and gave me confidence that I wasn't terminally messing things up!). He fixed my horribly seized Moen cartridge during an emergency on the weekend and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Very happy with my experience. Chris W, awesome job!
Chris and JG did a great job installing my new water heater! They were quick, very efficient, and did quality work. They came out the same day I called for service! (Even though the national service center said they didn't service my area!?) Very pleased I can take hot showers again!
Estimate went well tech was very polite and knew what he was talking about especially the pipeline size and how to run line he explained it very well. We have five units running off single line he said that we needed a tee off gas meter and bigger pipe to handle 34,000 but we need a separate line.
