I ,would like to thank Benjamin Franklin with their prompt service of coming out to my home where a lot of other companies was taken advantage of me with their price quote of $300.00 off the top for their prices that they were giving me and that didn't have nothing to do with even labor they sent a young man to my home who was very nice pleasant explained everything and got right on the job and I even called the company to thank them even sending him & gave him a tip and a Powerade!. I, would like to say Thank you, Joshua for being so nice and kind and respectable to me and to my home!, I, Would recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone if you want good customer service and a job done correctly!. Oscar and I think it was Juan or Jose, were awesome. They came out quicker than I expected. By the time I got home from work, they had already assessed and estimated the work. All I had to do was approve and pay. Had to take my sone to baseball practice and like 40 min later Oscar called to let me know everything was fixed, water was back on, and my water pressure was back to within normal limits. Highly recommend!

I had a broken toilet flange that was too high after changing the floor for a bathroom remodel. The technician, Joshua, was very professional. He showed up and knew what to do immediately after assessing the issue. He recommended removing the old flange and installing a new one. He did a fantastic job! He left the bathroom neat and tidy. He communicated very well and kept me in the loop. I’ll know more once the water to the house is turned back on as other projects are going on in the house. Although the technician was very responsive and knowledgeable, I was charged over $1200 which I thought was a bit pricey, but perhaps that’s the industry standard. I would use them again as they were very responsive and professional.

Oscar & Juan came to the rescue! I really appreciate the ultra fast and friendly service on the weekend with our sewer blockage issue! Jetted & camera plus showed me on camera the root cause of my blockage and gave me a quote on the repair process and cost if I wanted to have them do the job. Very professional and again much appreciated!

Joshua did a great job. He arrived at my home within 20 minutes. This was a Sunday evening emergency call out. He also had to return on Monday morning for a water heater stand and to complete. Another Very satisfied customer here and has always makes Benjamin Franklin Plumbing my first call for the last 10 years. Thanks again to my tech Joshua.
