Mr Kenneth is Confident, Very Professional, Punctual, Efficient and very Effective. I felt comfortable with him and his decisions about the job. I was like I’ve known him for years. SUPER COOL DUDE! Any customer would love to have him as their tech, especially in an unexpected pinch. And any company should be very proud to have Kenneth as a member of their team. He’s a keeper.

Had to call Benjamin Franklin plumbing again due to a faulty pressure valve. Monique was super helpful getting it scheduled and luckily they dispatched the great plumber Joshua Land again. He was fantastic! If I could give 10 stars I would! He was so knowledgeable, fast and thorough with his work and put the yard back together better than before. Can’t say enough about this young man! Original review: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Columbus, GA dispatched Joshua Land to help find a slow leak in the main pipe going to the house. He did a fabulous job from the minute he knocked on the door. Polite, smart, focused, Josh quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me how the galvanized part of the pipe had failed. He quickly replaced the bad pipe and put everything back together in the most professional and timely way. I cannot say enough great things about Joshua. Benjamin Franklin plumbing replace a pressure gauge on my water line today as a result of low pressure in my home. He placed a cap on the gauge so that I can have access to it in the future. He was professional and demonstrated excellent customer service. He also gave me a military discount and thank me for my service. Kenny was a great technician and he demonstrated thorough knowledge of his profession.

Mr Micheal and Mr Josh are lifesavers! We had an emergency order at my property and had a short amount of time to complete. The guys came, quoted, and within a couple hours had our system up and running perfectly! They were also very friendly and respectful to the upset residents.
