I highly recommend Gio at Ben Franklin Plumbing. He’s very nice, professional, good at explaining things, and overall I had a great experience with him and Zach. They were able to repair our drain at less than half the quoted price of some other plumbers simply by isolating and replacing the location of the fault, rather than recommending the nuclear option of just replacing the entire house’s drainage system (which is under a concrete slab) due to its age.

Jose came earlier than expected today, 8-29-24. He quickly assessed what it would cost to drain and service our water heater. We chose not to do that today. He then quickly assessed what it would cost to replace our hot and cold water valves under our kitchen sink and replace our kitchen faucet with one that I had previously purchased. We agreed to the price, and he worked quickly to get all that done. He did a great job! We highly recommend Jose!

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Arlington, Texas on a recent evening when I saw my bar sink almost full of clean water and I had not used the faucet that day. Called, got a live person to answer my call, got an appointment for 8-9 am the next morning and not only was their plumber Andrews Hays on time--he was 15 minutes early (7:45 a.m.) He diagnosed the cause and solved the problem within an hour. He is friendly, polite, professional, and does good work. I recommend Andrew at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Arlington.

Klee and his helper, Cayman, did a wonderful job of removing and clearing a blockage in one of our toilets. Reset toilet, did water test and cleaned up. Works like new! Very very pleased with their work. Less than 30 minutes and gone. Thank you!!

Had a water leak in the wall and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing set same day appointment. They sent Jose Jaramillo and he got to work quickly and repaired the leak as well as a couple of other non emergency items on fixing list. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend your services and appreciated the quick response.
