We contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because we had a leak we couldn’t locate. Joe P. was the technician/plumber who came out, and he was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. He called ahead to say he was on his way and showed up right when he said, which was very appreciated. Joe thoroughly inspected every possible source until he found the issue. He clearly explained what he was checking, how he identified the problem, and what our options were to fix it. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after the repair. We’ll be requesting Joe specifically for any future plumbing needs. He truly represents outstanding service.
Mr. James, Trey, & Luke were the BEST TEAM to come out and fix our plumbing problems. We have called other plumbers before but always ended up back at square one. Zack was very capable and professional. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. We had several leaks and he was able to diagnose them all, gave us a quote, and made an appointment to come back and fix them. The work he did was quick, well done, and tidy. He laid down drop cloths to make sure our floor stayed nice, and wiped down each area so the work looked nice when he was done. He was kind and explained everything that needed to be done. I was very comfortable having him in our home and very happy with the work.

John did a wonderful job replacing my water heater. He put down plastic runner to protect the floor and cleaned up afterwards. He even helped me to take things out the closet so he could get to water heater. I highly recommend him.

Fabrice was a thorough and competent plumber. He assessed my entire home, started and reset my water softener, answered all my questions, and gave me appropriate recommendations for upgrades and safety devices.
