Daniel was great!! He was very prompt and explained the workings of the new water heater. The company is awesome. Now you could find a cheaper water heater and cheaper labor but I tried one of those water heaters from the big box store and it failed after only 4 years. The ones that Benjamin Franklin sells are MADE IN THE USA instead of a foreign country. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!
We had our water heater repaired and had a new water filter system installed after the technician suggested it. He was friendly and factual. After his visit we had to have another repair man to set the water heater temperature. Now it is working fine.

Prompt and efficient customer service from initial scheduling to completion of the work, is my experience with BF Plumbing. My appointment was scheduled for the next morning with a 2 hour arrival window. My service tech rang my doorbell at exactly the start of that window.
