She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs.
