Jeffery did a great job fixing our outside faucet. Checked in to our condo at 30a and immediately noticed an issue with plumbing. Called the owner, Mr. Jorel was sent out (this was a Friday night). He showed up and quickly resolved the issue. He was extremely professional and efficient. Wonderful experience.

Homeownership…eh?! Thought we just had a clog in our drain line because water was backing up through the washer drain line. Nope. That’d be too easy. Turns out the old cast iron pipes were corroded out on the bottom…for about 25’ worth. So what started as a two day project turned into a one week project. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was very responsive through the whole process and keep communication high. They Jack hammered the floor and replaced the old pipe with new. They did their best to demolish as little as possible. Once they were done they covered everything back up and we were able to get back into our home. It was a nightmare, but BF Plumbing made it bearable and shortened the bad dream tremendously. Would obviously recommend to anyone having a plumbing issue.
