This is easily the most professional, reliable, thoughtful, service oriented organization I have worked with in years! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their staff is consultative without being salesy or pushy, executes on their work, stands behind the quality of what they do and are a joy to work with. Top, top tier experience and would use them before any other plumber in Tucson.

Estimate for utility sink removal and replacement did a great job of breaking down the work entailed and the price point for each. Easy to understand. He was on time. Installation went great. There was a small leak detected in one of the parts. Quickly got a new part and fixed at no extra cost. Colin did a great job of all the work requested over the past several days.

I had a great experience with Matthew from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked me through the options, and made sure I understood everything before starting the work. Matthew was efficient, detail-oriented, and left the workspace clean when he finished. It’s obvious he takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency — no upselling, no pressure, just straightforward recommendations and quality workmanship. It’s not always easy to find contractors you can trust, but Matthew absolutely earned my confidence. I would highly recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone needing reliable, high-quality plumbing work.

We have an old tub and plumbing fixtures but he was able to find the replacement cartridges for it (with help from the Benjamin Franklin team) now we have more drips. Also replaced the kitchen sink drain so now it’ll hold water. Aven was very courteous, respectful and answered/ explained what why and how the cartridge functioned. He also told me about the warranty on the parts he replaced also what to be aware of the age of the faucet mechanicals that there might be some issues in the future. I appreciate the honesty of his explanations and his work. Thank you!

I was replacing a 19 year old water heater and made 4 calls to local plumbers for estimates. Two never returned calls with my 2 follow-up calls. One gave me an estimate over the phone and Benjamin Franklin comes to the house to give an estimate. David showed up (very personable and low pressure) gave me an estimate that was $450 less than his competition with a name brand heater. He had the heater and supplies on the truck so he was able to do the job right then. Nice neat and clean work done in about 1-1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.
To keep your water heater running smoothly in Belmont, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Belmont home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Belmont to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.

Yes! Upgrading to low-flow toilets, water-saving showerheads, and high-efficiency faucets can significantly reduce water use in your Belmont home. You can also install smart leak detectors and tankless water heaters for added efficiency. A local plumber can recommend the best options based on your home’s setup and water usage habits.
Older homes in Belmont often face plumbing issues like corroded or outdated pipes, low water pressure, and frequent leaks. You might also encounter problems with old fixtures, sewer line deterioration, or poor drainage. A professional inspection can help identify hidden issues and recommend upgrades to keep your plumbing system safe and efficient.
To get your plumbing ready for winter in Belmont, start by insulating exposed pipes, especially in unheated areas like basements and garages. Disconnect outdoor hoses, shut off exterior water lines, and check your water heater for optimal performance. It’s also smart to know where your main shut-off valve is in case of a frozen pipe emergency.
Signs of a damaged sewer line in your home include frequent drain clogs, foul odors, soggy spots in your yard, and gurgling sounds from your toilets or drains.
