Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours.
