Zack was very capable and professional. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. We had several leaks and he was able to diagnose them all, gave us a quote, and made an appointment to come back and fix them. The work he did was quick, well done, and tidy. He laid down drop cloths to make sure our floor stayed nice, and wiped down each area so the work looked nice when he was done. He was kind and explained everything that needed to be done. I was very comfortable having him in our home and very happy with the work.

Great timely and professional service. One of the owners, Kaushal, arranged for Zack to come within a couple of hours after I notified them that my 19-year old water heater had flooded my basement, and provided an estimate. Great experience. They came out timely, walked us through the problems we were having, and then talked through various options and estimates. Our plumber, Zack, was patient and professional as we asked so many questions. I also appreciate that the service fee gets absorbed into the final price if you move forward with them. Not all places do that.

We had a bad shower leak and it’s never pleasant trying to find someone you can trust to come quickly. We used them last year to replace our sump pump so I called them again. I’m impressed at how punctual and professional their staff is. I must say Braden Kendzel is very polite for a young man, a rarity nowadays. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and completed the job promptly and left the area clean. I will definitely call them again.
