Adam was professional. He was through and gave us a very transparent and clear quote for the services we need. We had the quoted work done. The Alex and Adam were professional and efficient. They were friendly and were very respectful of our home. I know it’s not a fun thing to have to replace a hot water heater, but Benjamin Franklin made it seamless and anxiety free. I will definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Adam came out twice to investigate two separate leaks, and he did an excellent job both times. He was thorough in his inspection and provided great advice on who to contact for further assistance. He even went the extra mile by calling the company ahead of time to inform them about our water issues. Adam is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. Fantastic service today - the team was extremely helpful in providing suggestions and options as I tried to decide how best to address an issue. They walked me through everything they were doing, and communicated clearly and regularly throughout. The project took much less time than anticipated, and the plumbing looks beautiful! I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is - would highly recommend and will absolutely use their services again.
