Ben Franklin of Ames is fantastic. I've used them twice now, once to replace a hot water heater and once to remove blockage in my drain pipes. The team here is very kind, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. The have done an excellent job. I appreciate their priority to take the extra time to ensure things are done right! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have used Ben Franklin for as long as the company has been in Ames. When I had a major repair a few years ago- installing new water service - Chris was part of the team. He made what might have been a bad experience into one that was as pleasant and efficient as it could have been. I have asked for him to be "my plumber" ever since. He is skilled, efficient, and unfailingly positive. Yesterday he installed a new sink and faucet in my new home, and gave me good advice on dealing with fixtures in the house I'll need to maintain. He's terrific!

The whole process start to finish, call to task completion was incredibly efficient. Chris explained the issue clearly, and the issue was resolved quickly. The area was honestly left in better condition than when they got here. I was very impressed with the professionalism and will definitely use them again.
