I have used Ben Franklin for as long as the company has been in Ames. When I had a major repair a few years ago- installing new water service - Chris was part of the team. He made what might have been a bad experience into one that was as pleasant and efficient as it could have been. I have asked for him to be "my plumber" ever since. He is skilled, efficient, and unfailingly positive. Yesterday he installed a new sink and faucet in my new home, and gave me good advice on dealing with fixtures in the house I'll need to maintain.
