I had an issue with my boiler. (May 2025) My thermostat was saying the heat was on, but the radiators were ice cold. I called and left a message with Ferrell brothers on an early Sunday morning. Within half an hour Randy called me and patiently and professionally troubleshot the problem. He saved me a 200 dollar service call. This company is dedicated to their customers. Scott Hyman arrived early, and got straight to work. He listened to my concerns, and did a great job installing the new tankless water heater. He left the work site clean and neat. Great guy!
Tim was excellent! He was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and an overall wonderful person to deal with. Farrell Bros. is lucky to have him. My mom and I are going to break something so he can come back.
Mike explained different options and helped me choose the one that was best for me. He did great but the final bill was a lot more than I expected. I had a new sump pump installed..it was almost $1200. Not even sure if they tested my existing pump to know if it actually needed replacement. The new one sounds exactly like the one I had when I plug it in.
