We gutted and enlarged a bathroom and reconfigured a laundry room. We also added radiant heat under the bath floor. John L is not just skilled in plumbing, but also carpentry, electric, product assembly, and- perhaps most importantly: problem solving. He has a practical eye for detail that made collaboration quite fun for this homeowner. He shows up consistently and on-time. It was my observation that John’s perfectionism made him best suited to work alone. Ours was not a simple “ update”, but rather a complicated Reno with many specific requirements. John may grumble sometimes, but he was always up to every challenge I threw his way. This was my second time working with him (he previously added a bath to out basement) and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.
Benjamin Franklin was prompt, professional. And proficient. They walked me through all my options and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting before they started the work. After the work was completed they walked me through everything again and truly seemed to care I was satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend !!

Called with multiple problems and they gave me realistic and reasonable quote and they showed up on time and were very friendly and got to work. Bob was the man in charge with his assistant. They fixed all my problems absolutely perfectly. Couldn't be happier 10/10
