Tim was excellent! He was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, efficient and an overall wonderful person to deal with. Farrell Bros. is lucky to have him. My mom and I are going to break something so he can come back.

Mike explained different options and helped me choose the one that was best for me. He did great but the final bill was a lot more than I expected. I had a new sump pump installed..it was almost $1200. Not even sure if they tested my existing pump to know if it actually needed replacement. The new one sounds exactly like the one I had when I plug it in.
James did a great job diagnosing and fixing the major issue we were having with our boiler which also has a direct fire water heater attached. I was out of town the whole time and he was kind, informative and respectful to my family. He coordinated with Randy and we are completely satisfied as we have been every time over the past 21 years since that first day I met Randy in May of 2004. I highly recommend.
