Derek was actually, earlier than original time est. He was professional and courteous and advised me of cost for initial service. He qui kly troubleshoot the problem, advised me of the cost and options available. I had him replace the part. He tested and I verified proper operation and he was on his way in a little over an hour. Part has a 2 yr warranty. All good.
I told Charles what I wanted and he explained to me the best way to get what I needed when doing the estimate. Ben came to do the water bheater exchange. He was very good. He did a fantastic job with the installation. He even fixed the mistake thire manufacturer made by not connecting the wiring properly. Ben is a very knowledgeable technician. He was professional and friendly. I am so happy that I went with Benjamin Franklin.

I am so overjoyed with the service I received from Benjamin Franklin plumbing technician Jeff. He was absolutely wonderful. I needed a new toilet for my master bath and he wrote down everything for me to go get a replacement. They Were able to schedule for Jeff to come back after I picked up the toilet and do the installation for me. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for your plumbing needs. I give Jeff 10 stars. Garret came out to my house well after 9pm, in response to a wet spot on my ceiling where I could not identify the source of the leak. He spotted it quickly and gotten me taken care of in under an hour. He also pointed out and gave me quotes for a few more issues he spotted that will likely need addressed soon. He was professional, quick, and respectful.

I noticed a soaked and wet area on one side of my house, and water was dripping from a tube connected to my house, I called Ben. Franklin and scheduled for the area to be checked, David came in today, he looked at all the areas that could possibly be leaking but he didn't find anything. I have been using One House Heating and Ben. Franklin for years, I always get services, David was kind, nice, he was honest and kind. I don't mind seeing David again if I run into issues in the future. I truly appreciate David so much
I had an issue this morning with drainage from water softner and Josh was sent out to take care of the issue. Immediately from his first call he was quite professional. When he arrived, he let me explain the exact issue and allowed me to vent my frustration. He was so polite in his responses to me and assured me he will fix the problem asap, which he did very quickly. Super professional and proficient. He's such a happy person!! Great job Josh!!! If every employee was like you, the service industry would be perfect!
