I can't recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Yorkville highly enough! They were incredibly prompt, professional, and skilled in fixing my backup kitchen sink. I did use them 2 years ago for my water heater and it’s been working perfectly. Both time with Jim Smith, he’s knowledgeable, respectful and very professional, he explained the problem clearly, provided a fair price, and left my kitchen sink working perfectly. Have I mentioned that Benjamin Franklin is almost the only plumber I call who didn’t charge me for a service call fee.
