I have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing in Yorkville for a few small problems in the past and they have always been extremely timely and helpful. Today they replaced my water heater and put in a brand new softener system in only 5 hours. They are all very kind, helpful, and the pricing is always straightforward. Highly recommend!

I could not be happier with the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service and support, from beginning to end. Tony B is one-of-a-kind. When he came by, he was polite, kind, and super educated. He tested my water and checked out my well pump. They told me about a few options for each, and I decided to go with the Brita Pro system. This thing is INSANELY awesome. I replaced a RainSoft system that was just a few hundred dollars cheaper than the Brita Pro.... and that was purchased 9 years ago. This Brita Pro is simply amazing. My well pressure tank was another item that needed replacement. They showed me the different options, and we started discussing this new well pump technology. Benjamin Franklin was able to learn the new technology, go through training, and get it installed. All I can say is WOW! We have constant 60psi pressure. No more ups and downs in pressure. The team that did the install was incredibly thorough. Replaced all the pipes. Cleaned up the area. Flushed the water heater. All of it. They laid down tarps to keep the floors clean, and even wore those little bootie things over their shoes. I am so glad I went with BFP. The Brita System, the constant pressure system... absolutely necessary for well water.

With a bad flooding nightmare contacted Benjamin Franklin in the morning and by late morning Andrew was here ready to fix my disaster. Very kind, explained everything to me. Very diligent on repairing and making sure I wouldn't have any worries going forward. Having them back to repair all remaining spigots at my home. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was great. Andrew was very professional, prompt, did a great job, and took the time to answer all my questions.

Very pleased. Worked with me regarding costs. Very polite. Great communication; explaining everything they did and any possible unknown problems that could crop up. There was a small problem with the washer's water line and they replaced the valve at no additional charge. Their club was well worth joining.
