Ben was our tech today and he did such a wonderful job and was so helpful. He came within an hour of us calling and fixed our plumbing clog. They always do such a great job and they’re our go to plumbers!
Called Ben Franklin Plumbing out they arrived fast and resolved my plumbing problem. Lauren came out to leaking toilet got part to fix and was done in no time. I will call Ben Franklin for any future plumbing problem I might have.
Even though the work isn’t completely done the service gets the stars. From settings the appointment with Maureen very nice. Daniel coming to the house twice and Rich the owner wanting to make sure I was satisfied as well, I thank them all.
When we called for emergency service we were given a time frame of 9am to 1pm. It was a relief when Billie arrived about 9:40am. We were very happy with the service provided by Billie. He was efficient, caring, and took time to explain the service policies. We were happy to see that he wore protective covers over his shoes. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
Jake was very efficient and explained what needed to be done clearly. He worked fast and was done within a reasonable amount of time. He was friendly and also helpful, even bringing boxes delivered to our house inside without being asked! Thank you Jake!
Jerry was very attentive today. He was honest on what needed to be done to fine our leaks. He was efficient while working on the tub and getting it done in a timely manner.
This company continues to amaze. This is the second time I’ve had to use them, for different reasons of course. First, the customer service was great. From the set up of the appointment to the follow up of the technician. Second, the pricing was steep but fair for the service that was involved. My technician was Evan, the coolest guy around. He keeps you up to date on what he’s doing and if you ask questions he doesn’t mind assisting and answering what he knows. I’m glad I called Benjamin Franklin and was thankful to have Evan as my technician.
Amazing experience! Paul came out this weekend and did an incredible job! Not only did he diagnose the issues clearly and simply, but prepared the exact resolution plan we needed and quick! Then spent the whole day Saturday getting our bathrooms back in working order, a solid new water heater, and a soft water system to counteract the Florida sediment. Couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and timeliness! Amazing work: thank you Paul!
Nicholas Blackwell did an excellent job. He was thorough in explaining the situation of my problem to me, also in explaining all the company offers and explained the membership available to. He is knowledgeable of his profession and has a very courteous and respectful disposition. The company has a great asset.
Had a Moen Flo water shut off system installed. Joseph was on time and did a great job with explaining everything about the install and cost.
